I moved to the area from Long Island, NY in 1979. Life, and career, took me first to Orlando, then Atlanta for a bit. Ormond was always top of mind and home. While living in Atlanta, I purchased a place near the beach in Ormond by the Sea and returned full time in 2006.
Ormond is home for me because of the lifestyle and all the things our area has to offer. On the water, civic events, people, parks, sunrises & sunsets. The beach, the river, live oaks, our natural and seasonal wildlife.
Living in the “Birthplace of Speed”, options for the motorsports enthusiast abound with Daytona International Speedway, annual classic car events, Bike Week and Biketoberfest. We have minor league baseball in historic Jackie Robinson Ballpark and also one of the finest collections of Florida History at the Brown Museum of Art. Food & dining options are aplenty.
Our area is one of the more affordable places to live this close to the beach in the United States. We have a growing economy, job market, no state income taxes, and access to great healthcare options. Tremendous opportunities for investment.
As a long time resident of the area, my goal is to understand and help you achieve your objectives, while leveraging my resources to ensure a great experience. I can help with your all of your real estate needs.
